MB Multiservices offers professional services including, but not limited to:
- Tax Preparation (approved by the IRS)
- IFTA Reporting
- Road Taxes Filing
- UCR Registration
- Related compliance and administrative services
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and complete information required for compliance and reporting.
- Have the authority to act on behalf of your business (if applicable).
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information and documentation.
- Submit all required documents by deadlines set by MB Multiservices.
- Review completed filings and notify us of any errors immediately.
MB Multiservices is not responsible for penalties, fees, or consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Payments and Fees
- All service fees will be communicated prior to the start of work.
- Payments must be made in full by the due date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Personal and business information will only be used to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.
6. Limitation of Liability
- MB Multiservices will provide services to the best of our professional ability.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: penalties, interest, or losses due to client error, late submissions, or government delays.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
7. Termination of Services
MB Multiservices reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- A client provides false or fraudulent information.
- Payment is not received as agreed.
- The client engages in abusive or unlawful behavior.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Fort Bend County, TX.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version will be posted with a new Effective Date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the changes.
